Two types of writing films can be used on the surface of the whiteboard. One type does not support water whiteboard pen, whereas the other supports. On both types of films, however, writing with oil pens is prohibited.

In routine cleaning, use clean and damp cloth to scrape the writing film (Note: the damp cloth should be wrung out to avoid water penetrating inside the whiteboard from the bottom frame).

If an indelible oil color pen is used to write on the writing film or writing is made on the film that does not support water whiteboard pens, immediately sip absorbent cotton with ethanol and gently wash out the surface of the whiteboard.
